Activities
Refined Petroleum Products
As physical cargo traders we mount the gap between producers and end-users. Our trading operations involve structuring creditworthy exits for refined products through our network of vetted suppliers, buyers, tank farms, and manufacturers.
Petrochemicals
Through our network of suppliers in the GCC, we are able to procure petrochemical feedstock and finished product for end-use in manufacturing, plastics, industrial and construction chemical verticals. Much of our petrochemical trading activity is in sourcing feedstock for our own manufacturing subsidiaries as well as regional manufacturing partners whose trading relationships we have cultivated through our presence in the UAE.
Our commodity traders seek to identify and respond to supply and demand differentials between linked markets.
We identify arbitrage opportunities to trade physical commodities in order to minimize incurring price risk. Our risk management also entails hedging price exposure using exchange-traded contracts and over-the-counter instruments.
